We're looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality, supplier development, process improvement, and cross-functional team management.

1. Strong expertise in Production, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, ERP, Vendor Development, and Team Leadership.
2. manufacturing operations, preferably in Power Press, Industrial Machinery, Heavy Engineering, or Automotive industries.
