Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
- Quantity surveying and material estimation
- Site supervision and quality control
- Project planning and execution monitoring
- Checking drawings and coordinating with architects & consultants
- Contractor and vendor coordination
- Preparation of project schedules and progress reports
- Measurement verification and billing certification
- Monitoring construction quality and safety standards
- Handling site documentation and approvals
- Material planning and procurement coordination
Required Skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and estimation
- Experience in site execution and supervision
- Good knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Experience
- 1-2 years experience required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
