The company is currently hiring for its Field Sales & Brand Promotion Team to expand its retailer network and increase market presence.
Job Role Overview
This is a 100% Field-Based Sales & Promotion Role.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Visiting assigned market areas
Communicating with retailers/customers
Explaining company services and benefits
Supporting retailer onboarding process
Promoting brand awareness in the assigned area
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Field Visits in assigned locations
- Retailer onboarding support
- Leaflet distribution & campaign activities
- Brand promotion and service explanation
- Daily reporting to Team Leader
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Smart & presentable personality
- Bengali & Hindi language required
- Basic smartphone handling knowledge
Qualification
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- Graduate preferred
- Freshers can apply
Experience
- Sales / Marketing / Campaign experience preferred
- Energetic freshers are welcome
Job Details
- Full-Time Field Job
- 6 Days Working
- Area-wise assignment
Salary Structure
- ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Performance-based incentive (if applicable)
- Regular monthly payout

- Daily market visits are mandatory
- Daily activity reporting required
