- Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability:
Understanding the detailed event requirement and making checklist
- Conducting Recce and making recce report as per the plan
- Managing the team of executives
- Planning the complete event right from setting the timelines, manpower planning, travel schedule, material management, etc
- Negotiating & dealing with different Vendors – Should be able to source new vendors as per requirement with competitive.
- Ensure loading, unloading, timely set-ups & dismantle
- Supervise on all event requirement and to ensure a glitch- free execution
- Managing console, coordinating with technicians
- Timely updates to Client servicing representative Skills required:
