Production Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure production is completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies on the shop floor.
- Monitor production output and minimize downtime, rejection, and wastage.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Supervise and guide operators and helpers to improve productivity and discipline.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and consumables required for production.
- Conduct daily production meetings and communicate targets to the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
