Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support
- Understand client preferences, needs, and expectations to deliver personalized solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Handle client concerns, complaints, or escalations professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and relationship history
- Conduct regular follow-ups and relationship reviews
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client dealings
- Maintaining Professional good data(DOB, Anniversary)
