JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TEAM LEADER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential clients through Outdoor source and Media ( LinkedIn, Google research, and other online platforms)
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Make cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Addmind Projects and Services.
- Client Engagement: Share the company profile and customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with clients to present our Project Proposal and understand their needs.
- Follow-ups & Closures: Regularly follow up with prospective clients to close inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Order Management: Keep clients updated on order progress and assist them throughout the execution process.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Client Visits & Travel: Travel to client meetings with the team/single as and when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
