Job Description:
Good Communication Skills
The Stock Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth management of inventory across all three Welona clinics. The role involves maintaining optimum stock levels, coordinating with vendors, monitoring product expiry dates, and ensuring uninterrupted availability of consumables, medicines, and treatment products required for clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Inventory Management
● Maintain accurate stock levels across all three Welona clinics.
● Ensure all essential products, consumables, medicines, and treatment materials are available at all times.
● Monitor stock movement and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
2. Daily Stock Monitoring
● Check daily stock requirements from each clinic.
● Coordinate timely replenishment based on clinic consumption.
● Arrange stock transfers between clinics whenever required to avoid shortages.
3. Vendor Coordination
● Maintain regular communication with all approved vendors.
● Stay updated on new products, promotional offers, discounts, and pricing.
● Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
4. Expiry Management
● Conduct regular checks on expiry dates of all products.
● Identify products nearing expiry and initiate timely utilization or replacement.
● Ensure no expired products remain in clinic inventory.
5. Stock Accuracy
● Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
● Perform weekly and monthly stock audits.
● Investigate and report any stock variances immediately.
6. Purchase Planning
● Prepare purchase requirements based on consumption trends.
● Coordinate with management for approvals before placing orders.
● Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
7. Reporting
● Submit daily stock status reports.
● Prepare weekly inventory summaries.
● Submit monthly reports covering:
● Stock consumption
● Stock value
● Expiry status
● Fast-moving and slow-moving items
● Vendor performance
● Stock variance report
8. Compliance
● Ensure proper storage of all products according to manufacturer guidelines.
● Follow clinic inventory policies and maintain complete documentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● 100% availability of essential stock across all three clinics.
● Zero treatment delays due to stock shortages.
● Zero usage of expired products.
● Daily stock updates completed on time.
● Monthly stock variance maintained below 1%.
● Timely ordering and replenishment of inventory.
● Effective vendor management and cost optimization through available offers.
Skills Required
● Strong inventory and stock management skills.
● Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
● Good communication and vendor negotiation skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple clinic requirements simultaneously.
Qualification : Any Degree
Experience : 5 to 8 years
Salary : ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 Pm Negotiable
