Requirements:
- Proximate analysis of food samples (Moisture, Ash, Protein, Fat, Fiber, Carbohydrate)
- Handling laboratory instruments and glassware
- Sample preparation and testing as per standard methods
- Documentation and report preparation
- Maintaining lab cleanliness and safety procedures
