About the Role
We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Service Sales Manager to drive service sales growth for elevators, escalators, and moving walks. The role includes managing AMCs, modernizations, repairs, spare parts, customer relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- 8–15 years experience in Elevator or Engineering Services Industry
- Strong computer application skills
Key ResponsibilitiesService Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual service sales targets
- Generate business for AMC, CMC, modernization, repairs, replacements, escalator & moving walk services
- Identify new opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, hospital & hotel sectors
- Conduct market surveys & competitor analysis
- Drive customer retention and contract renewals
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with builders, consultants, facility managers & corporate clients
- Attend meetings for negotiations, service issues & closures
- Handle escalations and ensure timely quotes & renewals
Team Management
- Lead & guide service sales executives
- Monitor team KPIs, provide training & conduct field visits
Commercial & Contract Management
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals & tender submissions
- Negotiate pricing & contract terms
- Coordinate for collections & ensure profitability
Operations Coordination
- Work closely with service, maintenance & technical teams
- Support modernization planning & shutdown schedules
- Ensure proper project handover
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare sales forecasts, funnel reports, renewal updates & MIS
- Maintain CRM records & track business performance
