Reporting to: Renewals Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers for upcoming policy renewals and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Explain renewal premiums, policy benefits, and resolve basic customer queries.
- Coordinate with insurers for renewal quotes, policy issuance, and endorsements.
- Update customer interactions and renewal status in the system.
- Maintain renewal records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly renewal reports.
- Ensure policies are renewed before expiry to avoid coverage gaps.
Key Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
