Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager to lead business development activities for our Solar Commercial Projects Division across Central Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving the growth of commercial and industrial solar projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies for commercial and industrial solar projects in Central Kerala.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams for successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets as assigned by the management.
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates on a regular basis.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project marketing, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial solar projects and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Central Kerala as required.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record in achieving business growth targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- Experience in handling B2B clients and large commercial accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
