Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Architectural & Municipal Drawing Draftsman with good knowledge of DCPR 2034, BMC rules & regulations and building approval requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate architectural, municipal and working drawings for residential/commercial projects.
- Plan building layouts considering FSI, setbacks, margins, parking, building height, open spaces and other DCPR requirements.
- Review designs for DCPR 2034 and approval compliance.
- Coordinate with Design Architect, RCC/Structural, MEP, Fire and other consultants.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings to identify design clashes.
- Coordinate with the site team for drawing requirements, revisions and technical clarifications.
- Maintain proper drawing revision and document control.
- Assist the Project Manager/Developer in design optimization, approval coordination and construction-stage requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of DCPR 2034 and BMC approval procedures.
- Ability to read and coordinate Architectural, RCC and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of building planning and construction.
- Good communication and consultant coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship or equivalent.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Mumbai residential/high-rise projects and BMC municipal approvals.
Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
