**What You'll Do**
- Lead formulation of 12+ disease-specific, stage-wise protein products
- Design clinical protocols in partnership with nephrologists, hepatologists, and oncologists
- Oversee ingredient sourcing, stability testing, and trial production
- Build and publish clinical validation studies with AIIMS/PGI partners
- Represent PROTEINOVA™ at scientific conferences and with KOLs

**What We're Looking For**
- PhD in Food Science, Clinical Nutrition, Biochemistry, or related field
- 8–15 years experience in medical nutrition / nutraceutical formulation
- Deep knowledge of CKD, liver disease, oncology, or maternal nutrition protocols
- Experience working with FSSAI FSDU category products preferred
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from scratch

**What You'll Do**
- Lead all FSSAI product approvals under Foods for Special Dietary Use (FSDU) category
- File and manage GMP, Schedule M, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications
- Build the regulatory roadmap for international markets — Middle East, USA (FDA), Europe (CE Mark)
- Work directly with contract manufacturers on compliance and documentation
- Liaise with FSSAI, drug controllers, and certification bodies
- Create SOPs for labelling, claims, and product documentation

**What We're Looking For**
- 7–12 years in regulatory affairs — food, nutraceutical, or pharma
- Hands-on experience with FSSAI FSDU / medical food approvals
- Knowledge of international regulations (FDA 21 CFR, EFSA, Gulf HACCP) is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive problem solver
- Startup mindset — can handle multiple filings simultaneously
