Service Engineer – Thodupuzha
We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our authorised service centre at Thodupuzha. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and other computer hardware while providing quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop, desktop, and computer hardware issues.
- Perform motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, SSD, RAM, and other hardware replacements.
- Handle warranty and out-of-warranty service calls.
- Visit customer locations for onsite service when required.
- Maintain proper service reports, job sheets, and service documentation.
- Coordinate with the service centre team for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned service calls.
- Follow company and brand service procedures and quality standards.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide proper technical guidance.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience in laptop/desktop servicing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are compulsory.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
