Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Panel Estimation and Design Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and design electrical control panels based on customer requirements and project specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical panel design, estimation, component selection, and preparation of technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for electrical control panels, PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD, and automation panels.
- Design electrical panel layouts, GA drawings, schematic diagrams, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD or EPLAN.
- Select appropriate electrical components based on project specifications and standards.
- Review customer RFQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with procurement for component selection.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards (IEC, IS, NEC, etc.).
- Coordinate with sales, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.
- Optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability.
- Maintain project documentation and engineering records.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
