- Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years operating electric stackers, reach trucks, or forklifts.
- Experience in warehouse/store operations.
- License/Certification:
- Valid operator certification for material handling equipment (if required by company or local regulations).
- Safe material handling practices.
- Knowledge of pallet stacking and de-stacking.
- Understanding of load limits and lifting heights.
- Basic battery charging and daily equipment inspection.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and PPE requirements.
- Ability to maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Daily Checks Expected
- Battery condition.
- Brake functionality.
- Hydraulic system.
- Fork condition.
- Warning alarms and lights.
- Tyres/wheels.
KPI for a Stacker Operator
- Zero safety incidents.
- Zero product damage.
- Loading/unloading productivity.
- Equipment care and maintenance compliance.
- Inventory movement accuracy.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
