Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for spare parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records (inward, outward, stock audit)
- Handle inventory of approx. ₹3 Crore efficiently
- Ensure proper storage, binning, and labeling of spare parts
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate with purchase and sales teams for material planning
- Conduct regular stock verification and audits
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed
- Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and housekeeping
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations
- Prepare MIS reports and inventory reports
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management & warehouse operations
- Experience in handling automobile spare parts (preferred)
- Good understanding of ERP / Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team handling and leadership ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification:
- Graduate (B.Com preferred)
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in automobile / spare parts industry
- Experience handling high-value inventory (₹1 Cr+ preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
