Job Title : Billing & Estimation Engineer
Job Location : Sangavade, Mawal, PCMC
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Estimation & Quantity Surveying
- Prepare quantity take-offs from construction drawings
- Develop BOQ and detailed cost estimates
- Perform rate analysis and prepare cost comparison statements
- Assist in tendering and contract documentation
2. Billing Management
- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills to clients
- Verify and certify contractor / sub-contractor bills
- Maintain measurement sheets and billing records
- Monitor work progress in line with billing milestones
3. Cost Control & Reporting
- Track budget vs actual project cost
- Prepare variation / extra item statements
- Support project cash flow planning
- Generate MIS reports related to billing and cost status
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, purchase, accounts, and clients
- Participate in billing review and cost control meetings
