- Cost Estimation: Calculating the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), labor, material, and logistics costs.
- Drafting Bids: Writing both technical and commercial proposals, including scope, deliverables, and compliance matrices.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Working with design, procurement, and finance teams to ensure technical feasibility and realistic pricing.
- Client Negotiations: Assisting sales teams with technical clarifications and bid revisions.
