Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective graduate students regarding the Online MBA program through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Explain program details including curriculum, eligibility criteria, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ career goals and guide them in choosing the appropriate program.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Address student queries and provide prompt solutions.
- Work towards achieving counseling and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Ability to understand students’ career aspirations and guide them accordingly.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Prior experience in education counseling or EdTech sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
