Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between vendors, the sales team, and management. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, good follow-up ability, and basic documentation expertise to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operational and administrative activities of the real estate division
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth execution of tasks
- Support the sales team with required documentation and operational assistance
- Maintain records, reports, and databases accurately
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review
- Monitor timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow
- Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation tools
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good follow-up and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant operations/administration experience
- Experience in real estate or similar industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
