Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with more than 1 year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms).
● Screen resumes and job applications.
● Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring manager.
● Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various roles.
● Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
● Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
● Assist with the onboarding process.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● More than 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in the metal industry.
● Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Workindia, Indeed, etc.
● Good understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently.
● Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
● Prior experience in IT & Non IT or bulk hiring is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
