Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bar Manager in daily bar operations and overall management.
- Ensure high standards of beverage quality, service, and presentation.
- Supervise bar staff, allocate duties, and ensure proper grooming and discipline.
- Handle guest interactions professionally and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, requisitions, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Support menu planning, costing, and introduction of new beverages.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in training and motivating the bar team to improve performance.
- Prepare reports related to sales, consumption, and wastage as required.
- Take charge of the bar in the absence of the Bar Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bar operations.
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, bar equipment, and costing.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle pressure during peak times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
