We are hiring for Ocean pricing from Freight forwarding
Location Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Handling pricing and freight rate coordination with shipping lines, co-loaders, and transport vendors.
Preparing competitive quotations for export and import shipments.
Coordinating with customers for shipment bookings, schedules, and shipment updates.
Managing end-to-end shipment documentation for Sea Export shipments.
Preparing and verifying shipping documents such as:
Bill of Lading
Invoice & Packing List
Shipping Bill
Delivery Order
Certificate of Origin
HBL / MBL documentation
Experience in ODEX filing and coordinating online documentation processes with shipping lines.
Ensuring timely submission of SI filing, VGM filing, and customs-related documentation.
Tracking shipments and providing proactive status updates to customers and overseas agents.
Coordinating with CHA, transporters, warehouses, shipping lines, and overseas agents for smooth shipment execution.
Handling customer queries, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Maintaining shipment records, billing details, and operational MIS reports.
Ensuring compliance with freight forwarding procedures and international shipping regulations.
Experience in Pricing & Quotation management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Expertise in shipping documentation and ODEX filing
Familiarity with shipping line portals and logistics software
