Digital Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for service lines, health check-up packages, doctor promotions, and events.
- Monitor performance of paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the hospital’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts, patient stories, health tips, doctor videos, and live sessions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
Content & Website Management:
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and creatives.
- Update hospital website content regularly, including doctor profiles, service pages, and SEO-optimized health articles.
- Ensure website functionality and accuracy across all devices.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Optimize website and content for organic search rankings.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track performance.
- Improve local SEO through directory listings and Google My Business optimization.
Lead Generation & CRM Integration:
- Generate patient inquiries through digital channels and track conversions.
- Coordinate with CRM or front office teams to ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare performance reports and ROI analysis for each campaign.
Reputation Management:
- Monitor online reviews and ratings on platforms like Practo, Justdial, Google, etc.
- Coordinate with patients and internal teams to address negative feedback tactfully.
Event & Campaign Support:
- Promote hospital events, health camps, webinars, and special days online.
- Support offline campaigns with digital visibility.
