Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient and effective solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client requirements to translate their needs into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology implementations accurately reflect the business requirements, fostering seamless integration and operational success across various client environments.
As an Elemica Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the migration and separation of the Elemica B2B integration landscape as part of a large-scale M&A carve-out and TSA Exit program. The role involves assessment, migration, testing, and cutover of trading partner configurations, message flows, connectivity, and security to establish a standalone NEWCO Elemica environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, integration architects, SAP teams, trading partners, and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of integration best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Elemica integrations and B2B connectivity.
- Assess existing trading partner configurations, message flows, DUNS structures, and integration dependencies.
- Configure and migrate Elemica partner configurations, certificates, endpoints, and connectivity to the NEWCO environment.
- Support AS2, API, SFTP, and EDI connectivity remediation and validation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and third-party vendors for trading partner onboarding, connectivity testing, and cutover.
- Support SIT, UAT, partner validation, production migration, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with SAP, CPI, infrastructure, security, and business teams to resolve integration issues and ensure successful TSA Exit.
- Prepare technical documentation and support operational handover.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway B2B Integration.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques within integration platforms.
- Excellent understanding of system architecture and API management.
- Strong experience with Elemica B2B integrations.
- Experience with EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12) and B2B protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS/API).
- Knowledge of trading partner onboarding, partner configurations, DUNS management, certificates, and B2B connectivity.
- Experience supporting integration testing, cutover, and production deployments.
Good to Have:
- SAP PI/PO and/or SAP CPI integration experience.
- Experience with M&A carve-out, tenant migration, or TSA Exit programs.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals, or Automotive industries.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Axway B2B Integration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in B2B/EDI integration, with hands-on Elemica implementation or support experience.
- Experience managing supplier, customer, and logistics partner integrations in complex enterprise environments.
