Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch revenue, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Candidates with experience in the wedding, photography, event management, hospitality, or luxury services industry are preferred. Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual branch sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business goals.
- Generate new business through walk-ins, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing initiatives.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable photography and event service packages.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all enquiries and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with photography, editing, operations, and customer support teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Develop partnerships with wedding planners, event organizers, venues, and corporate clients to expand business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company processes and standards.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management.
- Team handling and branch operations experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory; Tamil is an added advantage.
