Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound leads generated through our paid advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads promptly, qualifying them based on predefined criteria, and processing them according to the provided instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads generated through paid advertising campaigns.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and assessing their suitability.
- Follow the prescribed lead handling and processing workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects whenever required.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with potential customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil and English (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Malayalam and/or Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately.
- Basic computer and CRM/data entry skills preferred.
- Prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- No fixed working hours.
- Candidates must be available to call leads as and when new leads are received.
- Flexible working arrangement with responsiveness being the key requirement.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.
- Quick learner with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage lead follow-ups efficiently.
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
