ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a hyper-analytical, psychologically-driven Creative Director & UGC Strategist to anchor the ad creative engines for our digital agency growth (Sthyra Digital) and our premium architectural visualisation branch (Sthyra Studios).
In this role, you will NOT open video editing software or manage timelines. Instead, you are the creative brain directing our technical editors. You are entirely responsible for analysing competitor ad trends, mapping out consumer psychological angles, scripting high- converting short-form vertical video ads, and delivering frame-by-frame markdown briefs to our team of video editors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creative Pipeline Architecture: Devise weekly ad creative angles, hooks, and frameworks targeting specific consumer pain points across both agency and luxury B2B spatial tech.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Write gripping, persuasive, native-feeling scripts for external UGC creators and voiceover artists.
- Directing the Editing Team: Analyze raw footage/3D render outputs and generate time-stamped, highly detailed editing briefs for video editors (specifying exact hook placements, text-overlay copy, pacing shifts, and audio cues).
- Creative Performance Iteration: Review weekly ad account performance metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, ROAS) to diagnose drop-off points and map out iterative variations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep understanding of direct-response marketing concepts, funnels, and performance metrics.
- Ability to write concise, punchy copy that sounds human and native to a social feed.
- Ability to clearly translate a conceptual marketing strategy into a literal step-by-step visual instruction guide that an editor can execute with zero guesswork.
- Absolute fluency with the mechanics of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
