We are looking for a highly skilled SEO professional who can lead the entire organic growth function and help clients achieve measurable business results.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional SEO role.
We need someone who understands the future of search and can help businesses rank not only on Google but also become visible in AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other emerging AI search engines.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing complete SEO and organic growth strategies for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Planning
* Create comprehensive SEO strategies for clients
* Conduct keyword and market research
* Build SEO roadmaps and growth plans
* Identify new ranking opportunities
* Perform competitor analysis
Technical SEO
* Conduct website audits
* Improve Core Web Vitals
* Fix crawl and indexing issues
* Implement structured data/schema
* Manage redirects and site architecture
* Improve website performance and user experience
Content Strategy
* Develop SEO content plans
* Create content briefs for writers
* Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content
* Work with AI tools to scale content production
* Ensure content meets EEAT standards
AI Search Optimization (GEO)
* Optimize content for AI search engines
* Improve brand visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity
* Develop GEO strategies for clients
* Monitor AI search visibility trends
Local SEO
* Optimize Google Business Profiles
* Manage local citations
* Improve local rankings
* Implement review generation strategies
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor keyword rankings
* Track organic traffic and conversions
* Generate monthly client reports
* Present insights and recommendations
* Measure ROI from SEO campaigns
Team Collaboration
* Coordinate with content, design, development, and marketing teams
* Review AI-generated content before publishing
* Ensure timely delivery of client projects
