Job Title: Administrative Executive (Admin Executive)
Job Summary:
An Administrative Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, and supporting management to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and operational activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Maintain office assets and oversee maintenance requirements.
- Assist senior management with administrative support as needed.
Required Skills

Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role (depending on the position level).
