About the Role
Webskitters Academy is looking for a passionate, industry-driven, and highly skilled Python Full Stack Trainer to join our expanding academic and technology team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python Full Stack Development along with the ability to mentor, inspire, and transform aspiring professionals into industry-ready developers. This role requires a balance of technical excellence, communication skills, and practical industry exposure to deliver engaging, career-oriented learning experiences aligned with current market standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver advanced, practical, and industry-oriented training sessions on Python Full Stack Development.
2. Train students on frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Responsive Design, React.js, and Angular.
3. Provide hands-on backend development training using:
a. Python Programming
b. Django Framework
c. Flask Framework
d. REST API Development
4. Conduct practical sessions on database integration, authentication, deployment, version control, and real-time project implementation.
5. Design assignments, coding challenges, technical assessments, mock interviews, and capstone projects.
6. Mentor learners in building industry-ready applications and strengthening logical problem-solving capabilities.
7. Monitor student progress and provide continuous technical guidance and mentorship.
8. Upgrade curriculum content and training methodologies in alignment with emerging technologies and evolving industry trends.
9. Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance learner outcomes and employability standards.
Required Technical Skills
Core Competencies
1. Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software engineering concepts.
2. Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Responsive UI Development.
3. Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
4. Strong expertise in Python Programming and backend frameworks like Django and Flask.
5. Sound understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and application architecture.
6. Hands-on experience with database technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
7. Familiarity with Git, GitHub, deployment workflows, and basic cloud concepts.
8. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
Candidate Profile
1. 4+ years of professional experience in Python Full Stack Development and/or Technical Training.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
3. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical and engaging learning experiences.
4. Passion for mentoring, teaching, and professional development.
5. Industry project exposure and prior training experience will be highly preferred.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide learners effectively.
