Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and optimizing websites for better performance across search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Manage backlink building activities and outreach campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website optimization principles.
- Experience in local SEO and international SEO is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with eCommerce websites and lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Google Analytics or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
