Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should be analytical, business-oriented, and capable of translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, and management to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
Conduct requirement validation, UAT coordination, and support implementation.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve business and process-related issues.
Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to senior management.
Support change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
Experience with BRD/FRD, process mapping, workflow documentation, and UAT.
Good understanding of project management and SDLC processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good presentation and reporting skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA / relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
