The Relationship Manager is responsible for converting consultations into treatment plans while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The role involves understanding patient concerns, educating them about suitable treatments, handling objections ethically, closing sales, and ensuring continuous follow-up for long-term patient relationships. The counsellor works closely with doctors and therapists to deliver seamless patient care while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Consultation
- Welcome every patient professionally and build trust.
- Understand the patient’s concerns, expectations, and treatment goals.
- Explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, timelines, pricing, and payment options.
- Present Gleuhr’s treatment philosophy and USPs confidently.
- Recommend appropriate packages and skincare products based on the doctor’s diagnosis.
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Convert consultations into treatment packages.
- Upsell add-on services and skincare products wherever appropriate.
- Handle objections professionally without aggressive selling.
- Maximize treatment acceptance while maintaining ethical practices.
Follow-up & Retention
- Conduct timely follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Reconnect with consultation-only, product-only, single-session, and inactive patients.
- Ensure every patient remains engaged until treatment completion.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service.
CRM & Documentation
- Update CRM after every consultation.
- Maintain accurate consultation notes and follow-up schedules.
- Record quotations, treatment plans, and patient interactions.
- Ensure zero missed follow-ups.
Patient Experience
- Deliver a premium, empathetic, and personalized consultation.
- Coordinate smoothly with doctors, therapists, and reception.
- Resolve patient concerns promptly.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation ability.

Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness, healthcare, luxury retail, hospitality, insurance, or premium sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
