Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible OT Technician to assist surgeons and medical teams during surgical procedures. The candidate will be responsible for preparing operation theatres, maintaining sterilization standards, and ensuring smooth functioning of OT equipment and instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgeries
* Sterilize surgical instruments and OT equipment
* Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations
* Ensure availability of surgical tools, medicines, and supplies
* Monitor OT equipment and report technical issues
* Maintain hygiene and infection-control protocols
* Shift and prepare patients for surgery
* Maintain OT records and inventory management
Key Requirements:
* Diploma / B.Sc in Operation Theatre Technology
* Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and sterilization techniques
* Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
* Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency situations
