- Customer Consultation: Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate furniture options based on aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture trends, materials, warranties, and customization options.
- Sales & Targets: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas while cross-selling complementary items like decor or accessories.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Order Management: Process transactions, arrange financing options, and coordinate delivery schedules with the warehouse and logistics teams.
- After-Sales Support: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve any complaints or damages, and generate repeat business
