Job Title: Site Supervisor – Commercial Projects

Experience: 2–5 Years (Commercial project experience preferred)
Job Summary
Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage commercial project execution across restaurant locations. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site execution for commercial / restaurant projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth project progress.
- Monitor construction, civil, electrical, and interior works at site.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Track daily site progress and prepare status reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks during project execution.
- Coordinate with procurement and project management teams for material availability.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or restaurant projects will be an advantage.
*Willingness to travel and work across Pan India for project supervision.*
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
