Supply Chain Specialist- PO Management
Responsibility:
Place the order to through Peoplesoft system according to the procurement plan, and work with the supplier for sales confirmation and approve shipments.
Follow the company's standardized procurement process to ensure that suppliers shipping on time in accordance with the standard process.
Communicate with Sourcing team and QC/QA departments to coordinate supply and quality issues.
Maintain positive communication with the suppliers, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
Teamwork, and improve the procurement process continuously.
Other tasks assigned according to business needs.
Requirement:
The ability to work independently and willing to work hard.
Experience with industrial product is preferred.
Analytical, driven, open minded and goal oriented.
Good English skills. Fluent Chinese is preferred.
Can work under pressure and be willing to accept challenge.
