Golden Mile Enterprises Inc. is hiring an experienced Safety & ELD Assistant Team Lead to support our Safety & ELD operations, ensure FMCSA compliance, monitor driver HOS, and guide the team in maintaining operational excellence. If you have experience in fleet safety, ELD compliance, and team coordination, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Safety, ELD Compliance, or Fleet Operations
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations, HOS rules, DVIR, and ELD requirements
- Experience with ELD platforms such as Samsara, Motive, Geotab, KeepTruckin, or similar
- Knowledge of DOT compliance, driver qualification files, and safety documentation
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and logistics software
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor driver HOS logs and ensure FMCSA compliance
- Review and resolve ELD violations, log edits, and safety exceptions
- Communicate with drivers regarding compliance issues and corrective actions
- Support the Safety Team Lead with audits, reporting, and investigations
- Generate safety reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements
- Coach team members and maintain accurate compliance records
