Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for freshers who possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist customers in using the Nosnia.ai platform effectively.
- Escalate technical or product-related issues to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Provide basic product demonstrations and guidance when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or support roles will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
