Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Consultant SAP MM! In this role The Candidate should be having excellent communication skills Should be having experience on S4 Hana Implementation and support projects. Responsibilities: - Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) Integration: - Manage the end-to-end P2 P cycle ensuring seamless data flow from Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) to Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Verification (MIRO). - Configure Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV)to automate vendor invoice processing and resolve discrepancies between P Os receipts and invoices. - Automatic Account Determination: - Set up and maintain OBYC configurationto map movement types and valuation classes to the correct G/L accounts. - Ensure that Goods Receipts automatically trigger the correct financial postings (e.g. - Debit Inventory Credit GR/IR) to maintain a real-time balance sheet. - Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR) support: - FI-AP Integration:Facilitate the transition of verified invoices into the Accounts Payable module for final vendor payment. - FI-AR/SD Integration:While primarily MM-focused support the Order-to-Cash (O2 C) cycle by ensuring material availability checks (ATP) and inventory updates are synchronized with customer billing in Sales and Distribution (SD). - Technical & Interface Management: - Design and test Interfaces Conversions specifically for third-party procurement or banking tools. - Monitor and troubleshoot I Docsand AP Isused for electronic data interchange with vendors and banks.
