- Job Description – Receptionist ( Lobby-Incharge - Automobile Dealership)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom or service center.
- Register walk-in customers and maintain visitor records.
- Guide customers to the appropriate sales or service executive.
- Ensure customers are comfortable while waiting (offer seating, refreshments, etc.).
- Answer basic customer inquiries and direct complex queries to the relevant department.
- Coordinate with sales, service, CRM, and insurance teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/lobby area.
- Handle incoming phone calls and schedule appointments if required.
- Record customer feedback and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Prepare daily footfall and visitor reports.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualification
- 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, hospitality, or automobile dealership is often preferred, though some employers hire freshers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
