EXAR is seeking a highly motivated and professional Telecaller & Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, and management skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with clients, secure sponsorship opportunities, present business proposals, and ensure smooth coordination of ongoing projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Client Communication
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, partners, sponsors, and business prospects.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and client communications in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with prospective clients and stakeholders.
Sponsorship & Partnership Development
- Identify and approach potential sponsors for events, campaigns, and brand collaborations.
- Develop sponsorship proposals and partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and coordinate sponsorship agreements while maintaining positive business relationships.
- Follow up with sponsors and partners to ensure successful collaboration outcomes.
Presentation & Business Proposals
- Create professional business presentations, pitch decks, and sponsorship proposals.
- Present company services, projects, and business opportunities confidently to clients and sponsors.
- Customize presentations according to client requirements and business objectives.
- Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Follow-Up & Coordination
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage meeting schedules, reminders, and action items.
Management & Administrative Support
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing business activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sponsorship discussions, and project updates.
- Ensure effective task management and timely reporting.
- Contribute to business growth through strong organizational and coordination skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Business Development, Client Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and business proposals.
- Knowledge of sponsorship acquisition and partnership development.
- Exceptional follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional attitude with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with events, marketing agencies, sponsorship sales, or brand partnerships.
- Experience in client handling and business negotiations.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
