Armed with target segment data and prospecting tools, your primary mission is to generate high-quality, sales-ready leads through persistent, intelligent outreach (primarily calls). Your success directly fuels the sales pipeline and the company’s growth.

- Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold calls) as the primary channel, supplemented by emails and LinkedIn touches.

Lead Qualification
- Conduct first-level discovery calls to uncover prospect needs, budget hints, authority, and timeline (BANT-lite).
- Educate prospects on our value proposition and generate initial interest.
- Rapidly disqualify non-fits to keep the pipeline clean and efficient.

- Document every meaningful conversation with detailed notes, pain points, and agreed next steps in the CRM.

- Facilitate warm introductions and schedule follow-up calls/meetings when required.
CRM & Process Discipline
- Log all outreach attempts, conversations, and lead status changes in real-time, maintaining 100% data accuracy.
- Follow the prescribed follow-up SLA; no lead left untouched beyond the allowed ageing period.
- Keep prospect data cleansed and updated (email bounces, role changes, etc.).
Performance & Collaboration

- Actively share market feedback, objections, and competitive insights with the senior sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in regular call‑listening sessions, coaching, and skill-building workshops.
