About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and track progress using appropriate tools and methodologies. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure optimal resource allocation. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements. Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency. Maintain strong client/vendor relationships and manage escalations effectively. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, IT, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Project Management. Proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.). Preferred Qualifications PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred. Experience in handling large-scale or high-value projects. Exposure to digital transformation or process optimization initiatives.
