Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, etc.)
- Install, upgrade, and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Troubleshoot software issues and remove viruses/malware
- Replace damaged components like screens, batteries, chargers, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and system optimization
- Handle customer queries and provide technical support
- Maintain records of repairs and services
- Ensure timely delivery of repaired devices
