The Fidele IT & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Executive for our Noida office. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven professional to generate new business opportunities and promote our digital marketing and technology solutions, including SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking; schedule and conduct client meetings; understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions; prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, close deals, maintain client relationships, achieve monthly sales targets, and update sales activities in CRM.
Requirements: Graduate in any discipline with 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
Candidates should possess good English and Hindi communication, negotiation skills, a target-oriented mindset, and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
