Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, pitching loan products to potential customers, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Follow up with interested customers and close sales
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in loans or insurance sales
Basic knowledge of financial products preferred
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
